Services
You don’t have to have it all figured out to get started. Here’s how we can help.
Individual Therapy

Life can be overwhelming at times, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Individual therapy offers a supportive space to work through life’s challenges, manage ongoing mental health concerns, and focus on becoming the healthiest version of yourself. Together, we’ll identify your goals and realistic plan to work toward goal accomplishment, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful changes that support your overall well-being.
Couples and Family Therapy

Every relationship experiences challenges, but difficult seasons don’t have to define your future together. Therapy provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to improve communication, heal from past hurts, and strengthen your connection. Whether you’re working through conflict or simply wanting to reconnect, we’ll work together to help you build a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for Children & Adolescents

Experiencing trauma can have a lasting impact on children and teens, but healing is possible. TF-CBT is a specialized, evidence-based approach that helps young people process difficult experiences, reduce trauma-related symptoms, and develop healthy coping and emotional regulation skills. The goal is to help children and adolescents feel safer, more confident, and better equipped to manage stress both now and in the future. Parental involvement is encouraged.
Group Therapy for Adolescent and Young Adults (Coming July/August 2026)

Group therapy services will be offered beginning July/August 2026 and will focus on learning and practicing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. Participants will develop practical strategies for managing emotions, coping with stress, improving relationships, and building mindfulness skills to support everyday life.
These groups are DBT-informed and led by a therapist who has received specialized DBT training, but they are not part of a formal comprehensive DBT program.
